If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, qualifying items can be returned to us within 14 days of dispatch and will be eligible for a full refund to the value of the original purchase price.
In order to qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be returned undamaged and unworn, in their original box and packaging along with the original receipt.
Our refund policy does not extend to a limited number of products such as earrings or any customised items.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that any unauthorised returns will be returned to the sender.
On receipt of authorised returns, a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
Should you wish to exchange an order, please contact us initially at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and to specify the item which you wish to exchange your return order for.
One the returned goods have been received by us undamaged and unworn, in their original box and packaging along with the original receipt and have undergone a quality control check, the exchange items will then be dispatched.
For urgent exchanges, please request a refund on your original order and then place a new order for the exchange item via our website.
On receipt of the returned original order undamaged and unworn, in the original box and packaging along with the original receipt, we will then refund your original order.
Please note for that for all exchanges, any price difference will be applied along with any additional shipping costs and/or import taxes or duties.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com stating the nature of the fault and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist.
Follow the standard returns process as detailed above.
Any items purchased on MarkESheehan.com are under warranty against any defect or fault for six months from the date of receipt by you. This warranty covers damage that, in the opinion of Mark E Sheehan, is not caused by an accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by a failure to follow the specific care instructions offered by the designer and our team.
If your item is deemed faulty we will either replace it or repair it. If these options are not available to us we will refund the original online purchase cost of your item including shipping cost.
